1.All our staff and drivers are there to help and assist you on arrival and departure.
2.All our vehicles along with the driver have full public liability insurance.
3.UH Transfer will not be responsible for any personal items left on our transfer buses,coaches.or private cars.
4.Please give as many details as possible reguarding your request i.e.wheelchairs babyseats etc.   
5.All payments must be paid direct to the driver on arrival.At the price we have quoted you on your confirmation e-mail we have sent.
 6.Whilst we will endevour to monitor your flight progress for delays,it is also your responcibilty to keep us informed of any changes in your travel arrangements.i.e.Text msj,e-mail,or phone,all our contact details are listed opposite.
